About Regan ...

Regan has been dancing since age 3. She has been formally trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop. She studied at M & S Studio for 10 years, Basement Productions for 4 years, and The Fredericksburg Studio of the Arts her senior year!

At age 13, Regan landed her first professional role in the National Tour of Billy Elliot the Musical. She toured the country for 2 years and performed in almost 600 shows in over 30 cities. Billy Elliot was a life-changing experience and she wouldn't trade one second of the time she spent on tour. She is so thankful for the life-long friendships she made.

Upon returning home, she became an active member in the Riverbend High School Theatre Department. She was a member of the drama club, and was also inducted into the International Thespian Society. She performed in several productions at Riverbend, including Almost Maine and A Christmas Carol. Her favorite role was Sharpay Evans, in Disney’s High School Musical. She was also an associate choreographer for High School Musical, A Christmas Carol and Oklahoma during her time at Riverbend. She was also a member of the RHS Dance Team, and was voted captain of the team her senior year.

She has attended many dance workshops, over the years. She was chosen by Nichole Fortunato to perform in a contemporary small group number featured as part of the dance showcase at Excel in Motion. She also earned a DancerPalooza scholarship in Miguel Zarate’s Jazz Funk class at Nuvo. She attended KaMotion, the hip-hop intensive, at DancerPalooza in Long Beach, California the summer of 2014. There she got to dance with the best in the business, Kenny Wormald, Misha Gabriel, Willdabeast Adams, Twitch, Randi Kemper & Hefa Tuita, Marty Kudelka, and Bryan Tanaka, to name a few. She can also be seen in the KaMotion music video shot that week in Long Beach.

She completed her freshman year at Pace University in New York City, where she was a charter member of the dance team, Femme Fatale. She returned home to Fredericksburg in May of 2016 to continue working on her bachelor's degree and take on her new role at FSA as teacher, competition choreographer, and Assistant Artistic Director. Regan has won several awards (Overall High Scores, Special/Judges Awards, Performance & Choreography Awards) as a performer and choreographer. Just this year she performed Casie Goshow’s choreography in Excel in Motion’s exhibition show.

Regan has been a proud member of AEA (Actor’s Equity Association) since 2010. She loves dance and the art of entertaining. She loves teaching and choreographing and inspiring her students that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. She is so happy to be following another of her many dreams by creating Regan Mason Haley Dance Company! She is so grateful for every teacher, parent, and student that is a part of her “family”!
